From Forise to Heptamax:
A Bold New Chapter
The Company was originally incorporated in 2008 as Great Group Holdings Limited , with its principal business in apparel manufacturing.
In 2015/2016, following a strategic shift, the Company was renamed as Forise International Limited and refocused its operations toward the business of providing strategic planning, corporate advisory, financial restructuring advisory and management consulting services.
As market dynamics continued to evolve and the global economy increasingly embraced digitalisation and automation, the Board undertook a comprehensive strategic review of the Group’s long-term direction.
In 2025, the Company was rebranded as Heptamax International Limited , marking a decisive transformation into technology-driven solutions, with a focus on automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing. This transition reflects the Group’s commitment to building sustainable, future-ready businesses aligned with emerging industrial trends.
